I am the President & CEO of Martin, Martin, Randall & Associates, Inc. with over 40 years of experience in Qualified Retirement Planning.

Don K. Martin, President and CEO, is one of the three original co-founders of Martin, Martin, Randall & Associates, Inc and leads the Third-Party Administration firm providing Employers with consulting, design, administration, record-keeping, regulatory compliance and Actuarial Services for 401(k), 403(b), Profit Sharing, ESOP, Cash Balance, Defined Benefit and all types of other Qualified Retirement Plans.
Mr. Martin has more than 40 years of experience as a manager, senior consultant and provides services to thousands of Employers throughout multiple states. Mr. Martin obtained through two separate national organizations, the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and the National Institute of Pension Professionals, the designations of Accredited 401(k) Administrator, Accredited Pension Administrator, Accredited Pension Representative, Certified Pension Consultant, Qualified 401(k) Administrator, Qualified 401(k) Consultant and Qualified Pension Administrator.

In 1988, Don was one of the original co-founders of MMR. Throughout the years, he became sole owner of the company and through his leadership Mr. Martin led the company to what it is today.

Don K. Martin found his passion for the Retirement Industry early in his career. After attending law school, Don began working in the financial industry before co-founding Martin, Martin, Randall & Associates, Inc.
