About me
I am a Retirement Plan Consultant and Plan Administrator for Martin, Martin, Randall & Associates, Inc. with 20+ years of experience in Qualified Retirement Planning.
I consult on Retirement Plan Designs and collaborate with Financial Professionals to make your Employer Sponsored Plan successful.
With 20+ years in the Retirement Industry, Aaron is well versed in every form of Qualified Retirement Planning. Aaron is based out of Birmingham, AL in which he covers as his territory. During his tenure, Aaron worked in Defined Contribution plan administration with emphasis on design. He consults with clients, financial advisors, and CPA’s throughout the state of AL.
Aaron works closely with financial advisors assisting them in the sales process and is available to consult with advisors’ clients on a multitude of areas concerning plan design, administration, plan mergers and cost cutting ideas. Aaron is dedicated to building associations not only with the financial advisors but also with Key Provider Platforms, Mutual Fund Partners, CPAs and Attorneys.
Aaron’s background as an administrator will be valuable to a financial advisor when a client or prospect wants to discuss how various platforms work with not only the TPA but the client and their payroll process.
