I am the Director Sales and Strategic Alliances at Martin, Martin, Randall & Associates, Inc. with over 40 years of experience in Qualified Retirement Planning.
I consult on Retirement Plan Designs while specializing in Cash Balance and Defined Contribution Illustrations.
Paul is the National Director of Sales & Strategic Alliances and is a Retirement Plan Consultant for Martin, Martin, Randall & Associates, Inc. and manages the Orlando office. Paul moved to the Orlando area in 2005 from Jackson, MS and has over 40 years of experience working in every aspect of the Retirement Plan field including Third Party Consultant, Retirement Plan Wholesaler, Investment Advisor, Trust Officer and Compliance Officer.
Paul works closely with financial advisors assisting them in the sales process and is available to consult with advisors’ clients on a multitude of areas concerning plan design, administration, plan mergers and cost cutting ideas. He utilizes his extensive background of experiences to provide the clients with the most appropriate plan design that meets the clients’ needs. Paul is dedicated to building relationships not only with financial advisors but also with Key Provider Platforms, Mutual Fund Partners, CPAs and Attorneys.

Paul successfully completed his college education before pursuing a career in finance. While working in the Financial Industry, Paul's knowledge of Retirement Planning grew and ultimately led to his passion for Sales at Martin, Martin, Randall & Associates, Inc.

Paul has been married to his wife M’Lou for 44 years. Fortunately, their two daughters live locally and have blessed them with 6 beautiful grandchildren to spoil. Paul enjoys playing golf, watching college sports and is an active member of Florida Citrus Sports as a Volunteer Scout for the 2 bowls held in Orlando.
